From Raw Materials to Delivery

Our manufacturing partners follow documented quality control procedures backed by engineering and material certifications. Every unit is inspected and tested before leaving the factory.

Step 1

Incoming Material Inspection

We inspect incoming steel, panels, and key components against agreed specifications (thickness, grade, finish). Any non-conforming material is rejected before production begins.

Step 2

Frame Fabrication & Weld Inspection

Main frames are fabricated to engineering drawings. Welds, dimensions, and frame squareness are inspected and documented.

Step 3

Wall, Roof & Floor Assembly

Panels, insulation, and flooring are installed. Fasteners and joints are checked for correct spacing and alignment to ensure long-term performance.

Step 4

Fit-out Testing (Electrical & Plumbing)

Wiring, outlets, and lighting are tested at the factory. Plumbing lines are pressure-tested for leaks before walls are closed up.

Step 5

Waterproofing & Function Testing

Waterproofing checks (roof and openings) are performed, and doors, windows, and folding mechanisms (for expandable models) are tested for smooth operation.

Step 6

Final Inspection & Delivery Pack

A final checklist is completed with photos of key areas. Serial number, drawings, and certificates are packaged as a delivery pack before loading for transport.
