Expandable Homes in Brisbane

Seeing an expandable home in person is the quickest way to judge room sizes, finishes and how the expanded sections open out. Book a time and bring your site details: the address, photos of the access path and any measurements you have.

Many Brisbane homes sit on established suburban lots, where access is often the deciding factor. These are the things we check first:

• Narrow driveways

  Delivery needs a minimum access width of 3.2 metres, ideally 3.5–4 metres.

• Side access

  If the home goes beside or behind the house, the path must stay clear of fences, sharp turns and narrow gates.

• Height clearance

  Trucks need at least 4.0 metres of clearance, more for crane trucks or near powerlines and tree branches.

• Street set-up

  Where a crane lift is needed, where the truck can park on the street is assessed as part of your delivery quote.
